Maximum Pitches per Day 
9-10  - 75 pitches
11-12  - 85 pitches
13-14  - 95 pitches
14-16 (Senior League) 95 pitches

# of Days Rest Required
14 and Under
1-20 pitches  - 0 days rest
21-35  pitches - 1 days rest
36-50 pitches  - 2 days rest
51-65  pitches - 3 days rest
>65 pitches  - 4 days rest

Senior League
1-30 pitches - 0 days rest
31-45 pitches - 1 days rest
46-60 pitches - 2 days rest
61-75 pitches - 3 days rest
>75 pitches - 4 days rest

Age Alignment For Junior League, Senior League and Big League Softball for Tournament Play
New for 2011,  the structure for Tournament Play for softball has changed to the following:
9-10 year old division (9-10 yr olds)
10-11 year old division (10-11 yr olds)
Little League Division (11-12 yr olds)
Junior League Division (12, 13, 14 yr olds)
Senior League Division (13, 14, 15, 16 yr olds)
Big League Division (14, 15, 16, 17, 18 yr olds)
